Dollard improved his conditioning last offseason, added some zip to fastball and rode that to a superb 2022 campaign, posting a 2.25 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and 131:31 K:BB across 144 innings at Double-A Arkansas. The righty isn't a hard thrower even after the velocity bump, sitting mostly in the low-90s. He has an excellent slider, though, and has always been a proficient strike-thrower. Dollard should begin 2023 at Triple-A Tacoma and it wouldn't be a surprise to see him push to debut later in the season if things go well. Read Past Outlooks
