Frey is the buzziest FYPD prospect for dynasty leagues among the college hitters after an outstanding pro debut. A two-time national champion at LSU, Frey slashed .331/.420/.641 with 13 home runs, four steals, a 13.7 percent walk rate and a 22.2 percent strikeout rate in 62 games as a junior. The Astros selected him with the 95th overall pick and he slashed .330/.434/.470 with three home runs, nine steals, a 16.4 percent walk rate and a 20.5 percent strikeout rate in 122 plate appearances at Single-A as a 21-year-old after signing for just under $1 million. His under-the-hood data was sparkling in his debut, as he logged a 113.8 mph max EV, 83.4 percent contact rate and a 6.2 percent swinging-strike rate. The 6-foot-6 righty hitter sprays the ball to all fields and moves well for his size. He'll likely be limited to left field, but the early returns suggest he will hit enough to profile there.
