ANALYSIS
The deal does not include an invitation to the major-league side of Braves camp, which comes as no surprise given that Martinez has yet to rise even to the Double-A level. The 2016 third-round pick of the Yankees has battled a range of injuries in recent years and has mostly failed to miss bats on the farm when healthy. He's organizational depth for Atlanta leading into 2023.
