Rest-of-Season Projections
2023 Fantasy Outlook
After some decent results in the minors the past few years, Kreidler made his MLB debut in 2022 and ended up playing in 26 games for the Tigers. He slashed .178/.244/.233 with a home run and six RBI in those contests. Kreidler did look better at the Triple-A level, where he posted a .763 OPS across 56 games for Toledo. He also had a .926 OPS in 41 games for the Mud Hens in 2021, so he's shown some flashes of potential. In the majors, Kreidler's biggest asset may be his versatility. He appeared at second base, third base, shortstop and in the outfield for Detroit. Entering his age-25 season, Kreidler could emerge as a regular utility option moving forward. His fantasy value will depend on how much playing time he ultimately earns and whether he can get his bat going against MLB pitching. That probably pushes Kreidler off the fantasy map for now, but with Detroit still in rebuilding mode, his outlook could quickly improve if he's able to secure a regular role. Read Past Outlooks

ANALYSIS
Kreidler has been on the injured list at Triple-A Toledo all month because of a sore knee. He'll rejoin Toledo once he's deemed ready but could push to rejoin the major-league club later this season.
