The Blue Jays have selected Britton with the 136th overall pick in the 2020 first-year player draft.
The Louisville outfielder's good bat speed helped him to a .280/.395/.455 line in 110 college games. He's a polished player but may not have a ton of upside, though if a swing adjustment could turn some of his doubles into homers, that could change. He doesn't have the speed or arm for center field, so he's probably stuck in left, which increases the pressure on his bat.
