Shorthanded Raptors Hope To Stay Strong At Home
The Toronto Raptors play host to the New Orleans Pelicans at Scotiabank Arena on Tuesday evening.

The Raptors (23-38) ended a two-game skid in their last game. They look to keep the momentum going as they enter the fourth and final game of a home stand with the opportunity to improve on their, 13-18, home record. RJ Barrett continues to play well, averaging 21.6 points, 4.8 rebounds and 5.4 assists over his last five games. Immanuel Quickley has also been keeping up solid play, averaging 18.5 points, 5.2 rebounds, 5.7 assists and 1.1 steals across the last 10 outings. Gradey Dick continues to find his rhythm and is averaging 6.5 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game. The Raptors average 114.4 points per game, but they give up an average of 117.6 points per game. Scottie Barnes (hand), Bruce Brown (knee) and Jakob Poeltl (finger) will be sidelined.

Meanwhile, the Pelicans (36-25) have won two of their last three games and hope to stay on track as they face the first game of a three-game road trip with the chance to add to their, 18-13, road record. Zion Williamson leads the team, averaging 22.1 points, 5.5 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 0.9 steals per game. Brandon Ingram averages 21.9 points, 5.0 rebounds, 5.8 assists and 0.8 steals, while CJ McCollum is averaging 18.8 points, 4.3 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.1 steals per game. The Pelicans average 116.2 points per game, and they hold opponents to an average of 111.7 points per game, which is eighth fewest in the league. Dyson Daniels (knee) remains out.
