Jalen McDaniels News: Agrees to deal with Pelicans

McDaniels and the Pelicans agreed to a deal Monday, ESPN's Shams Charania reports.

Terms of the deal were not yet disclosed, so it's unclear if this is a standard contract or a training camp invite. McDaniels has 252 career regular-season appearances under his belt with averages of 6.7 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 0.7 steals on 44.9 percent shooting from the field.
