Kasparas Jakucionis Injury: Misses practice Thursday

Jakucionis (hip) did not practice Thursday, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.

The rookie guard left Sunday's preseason game against Orlando with right hip soreness and ended up missing Monday's exhibition as well. For now, Jakucionis remains day-to-day for the Heat. If he can get healthy by Opening Night, Jakucionis could be in the mix for some backup point guard minutes while Tyler Herro (ankle) is sidelined.
