Tre Jones News: Will play Thursday

Jones (foot) will play in Thursday's exhibition against the Timberwolves, Joel Lorenzi of The Athletic reports.

Billy Donovan did say that Jones will be operating with some minutes restrictions, so it sounds like the foot issue isn't quite 100 percent yet. Still, it's encouraging that he's suiting up for a meaningless game, so barring a setback, he should be fine for Opening Night.
