2025 Fantasy Outlook
Wiggins took significant steps forward during the 2024-25 season, averaging a career-high 12.0 points per game, while also adding 3.9 rebounds, 0.8 steals and 1.7 three-pointers in 22.9 minutes per contest. While there was certainly a positive narrative surrounding Wiggins, it is hard to see him elevating his game again this season, given the current roster construction. While he should once again play a meaningful role, it will likely be similar to the one he played last season, rather than an increased workload. He will almost certainly see pockets of increased production throughout the season, assuming the Thunder takes a somewhat cautious approach with its superstar players. Read Past Outlooks
Cashes four threes in win
Wiggins finished with 18 points (7-15 FG, 4-10 3Pt), six rebounds, six assists, three blocks and one steal across 34 minutes during Tuesday's 107-101 win over the Kings.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins drew his second start of the season with Chet Holmgren (back) sidelined and delivered a strong showing, knocking down a team-high four three-pointers while filling up the stat sheet across multiple categories. The wing is a swiss army knife and glue guy that consistently steps up when called upon. Through five games this season, the 26-year-old is averaging 14.2 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 28.8 minutes per contest.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2024
2022
2021
Wiggins featured in a career-best 78 games in the 2023-24 regular season with the Thunder, but he was limited to just four starts, and his numbers were subpar. He averaged just 6.9 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.1 assists across a career-worst 15.7 minutes per game. Given that the Thunder added two solid rotation pieces in Alex Caruso and Isaiah Hartenstein in the offseason, Wiggins' minutes with OKC should be even more scarce in 2024-25. As a deep bench option in one of the best -- and deepest -- rosters in the Western Conference, Wiggins' upside will be minimal. Fantasy managers shouldn't be interested in drafting him, not even in the deepest of formats.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Expected to remain with OKC
The Thunder are reportedly considering the possibility of keeping Wiggins around for the 2024-25 season, according to Keith Smith of Spotrac.
ANALYSIS
Fortunately for the Thunder, they have a couple of paths they can follow to get that deal done. The Thunder could either sign Wiggins by exercising their $2 million team option and trying to sign him to an extension, or they could turn down the option and hope to reach a new deal with him as a restricted free agent. Wiggins averaged 6.9 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game in 2023-24.
