Presti talks him up
Thunder general manager Sam Presti had high praise for Carlson during his interview Thursday, Rylan Stiles of SI.com reports.
ANALYSIS
"I don't think we talk enough about Branden Carlson," Presti said. " "I think he's got a bright future." With Thomas Sorber out for the 2025-26 season with a torn ACL, it sounds like Presti is confident in Carlson's ability to step in as the third-string center. Carlson made 32 regular-season appearances for the Thunder in 2024-25, averaging 3.8 points, 1.7 rebounds and 0.7 blocks in 7.7 minutes per contest.
