Personal Bio/PreCareer Summary

Orlando Robinson Jr. was born on July 10, 2000. He began his high school basketball career at Centennial High School in Las Vegas before transferring to Cathedral High School in Los Angeles for his junior season. Robinson finished out his high school career at Middlebrooks Academy before committing to Fresno State over Oregon State, Georgia Tech and Boise State. As a freshman at Fresno State, Robinson started all 28 of his appearances and averaged 12.0 points, 6.5 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.0 blocks in 27.3 minutes. The following season, Robinson raised his production to 14.5 points, 9.0 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.0 steals and 0.8 blocks in 32.6 minutes. Robinson was named to the All-Mountain West Second Team. As a senior, Robinson had easily his best collegiate campaign, posting 19.5 points, 8.5 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 1.1 blocks and 1.0 steals while notching an outstanding 30.5 PER. He earned First Team All-Mountain West honors and shortly after the season declared for the 2022 NBA Draft.

Robinson recorded 15 points (3-13 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 5-5 FT), 13 rebounds, three blocks and two assists during 31 minutes in Wednesday's 134-120 G League loss to the Austin Spurs.
ANALYSIS
Robinson benefited from his team's well-distributed offensive production while making his usual contribution on the boards during the loss. Despite lacking regular playing time at the NBA level, the two-way center has achieved a double-double in each of his three matches played for Osceola, and his 13 rebounds per game rank as the third-highest average in the entire G League this season.
