Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said Friday that Snell (shoulder) is expected to resume playing catch next week,
Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Snell had his throwing program shut down in late April after experiencing a setback with his left shoulder, but he appears to have responded well to a cortisone injection and will soon be ready to start ramping up again. The lefty will travel with the team to Miami next week to resume his throwing program, but he's still likely multiple weeks away from returning from the 15-day injured list.
