It's premature say one way or the other, but what I posted last week was based on a report that Stallworth had been drinking before the accident.

Stallworth might still be guilty, but I didn't want to contribute to something libelous if that turns out not to be the case. I'm certainly not posting this because I think the one-dimensional speed receiver will be a relevant fantasy player any time soon. Actually - if the Browns did move Braylon Edwards and Derek Anderson were to win back his job, he just might.

Assuming Stallworth really wasn't drunk, and he's not going to jail.
