Martz' system is complex, and Cutler is likely to take a lot of hits, but you have to like the upside. I'd put him around No. 10-12 among QBs in the Eli Manning/Donovan McNabb range. I'd also gamble on Devin Aromashodu who has the most upside of the Bears receiving corps.
