Khalifa will depart from BYU after spending one season with the Cougars. The 6-foot-11 junior appeared in 29 games during his time with the program (26 starts), averaging 5.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, four assists and 0.6 blocks on 19.3 minutes per game. Khalifa, who shot 31.5 percent from range last season (3.2 attempts per game), joins Dallin Hall in the portal following the news that Mark Pope has taken the head coaching job with Kentucky.
