The hometown kid, true freshman Braden Frager out of Lincoln Southwest was the Cornhuskers' top scorer in game one of the 2025-2026 campaign. He was highly efficient, with 22 points on 11 shots and 72 percent shooting from the field. The 6-foot 7 wing has great size and clearly has a knack for taking matters into his own hands scoring-wise. If Frager can develop into a potent scoring threat off the bench immediately, that's great news for Nebraska.
