Kelley's role has been inconsistent this season, as he's started seven contests but primarily served as a reserve, and he's scored just a combined four points over the last four games. Wednesday was the first game he missed all season, however. Given it wasn't the school that announced his absence, it's unclear when Kelley might return after what is expected to result in an appendix-removing surgery, which leaves Jaeden Zackery to take on nearly the entirety of the point guard duties in the short term.
