Mitchell announced Tuesday via his personal Twitter account that he has committed to Niagara, joining the program as a transfer from Brown.

He'll reconnect in Niagara with assistant coach Antone Gray, who was previously a member of the Brown staff. Mitchell will be a fifth-year senior in 2022-23 and is coming off a 2021-22 campaign in which he started in 22 of his 29 appearances for Brown and averaged 3.8 points and 3.8 rebounds in 19.8 minutes per contest.
