Baker (foot) is out for the remainder of BYU's 2023-24 season, according to Greg Wrubell of BYU Athletics.
ANALYSIS
Baker was initially considered as likely out for the remainder of BYU's 2023-24 season. But with Wrubell's announcement Sunday, fantasy managers should not expect the ex-Irvine transfer to play again until late-2024 at the earliest. Baker averaged more than 10 points across each of UC-Irvine's three seasons between 2020 and 2023, so it is disappointing and unfortunate that a foot injury wrecked his chances of replicating that feat for a fourth consecutive time.
