Tugler was fully expected to be fully cleared in August, but his latest update indicates that is not the case. At the very least, it looks like he will be cleared before October, when the Houston team and many others are expected to begin their preseason sessions. Coming off 5.5 points, 5.9 rebounds and 1.9 blocks this past season, Tugler offers a lot of upside going into his junior season.
