Kelvin will be part of the Cowboys roster for the 2024-25 season after transferring from Queens University in Ontario, Justin Martinez of The Oklahoman reports.

Kelvin will leave Canada after spending three years with Queens University, where he played a key role in his team's campaign where they reached the Championship Round of the USPORTS Final 8, Canada's equivalent to March Madness.
