Shockingly, being sent to the bench has apparently unleashed a new version of the guard, one who's averaging 25.0 points per game since relegated to the bench. He's also been much more involved in the offense over that span, averaging nearly 15 shots per game. Francis is worth keeping an eye on, as he appears to be developing into one of the better sixth men in the conference.
