Oregon has now lost five in a row to drop to 1-7 in Big Ten play, and much of that has been due to the injury bug, as Nate Bittle (foot) and Jackson Shelstad (hand) will both be sidelined for the foreseeable future. With Oregon's two leading scorers out, the door has opened for the likes of Simpkins (12.6 ppg) and Kwame Evans (12.8 ppg) to take the lead offensively. Simpkins has taken nearly 12 shots per game over his last four -- up three from his season average -- and has recorded a dozen or more points in each contest, which gives him noteworthy standalone fantasy value despite the team's struggles.
