McLeod Bethel-Thompson has moved on from the CFL after leading the Argonauts to the Grey Cup, and Scott will now join Chad Kelly in Toronto's quarterback room for 2023. Scott spent time with the Elks in 2019 and 2020 but most recently played in the USFL and completed 70.6 percent of his passes for 558 yards with five touchdowns and two interceptions.
