Davis was with the Alouettes last season and primarily served as a backup quarterback, though he appeared in all 18 games and completed 19 of 25 passes for 253 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions. He also had 63 carries for 111 yards and 13 more scores. The veteran signal-caller should serve as the backup to Vernan Adams for his new team.
