Signing with Hamilton

February 4, 2025
Lawler agreed to terms on a contract with the Tiger-Cats on Tuesday, Justin Dunk of Sportsnet.ca reports.
ANALYSIS
Lawler played just 10 games last season thanks to an arm fracture he suffered in Week 1, but he still managed to finish the year with 662 yards on 41 receptions while hauling in four touchdowns. He now joins a Hamilton offense heavily centered around throwing the ball, as the team had four players finish with at least 900 receiving yards last season.
