Schnee was one of five wideouts released Saturday as the Redblacks announced their final round of roster cuts. Schnee signed a training camp deal with Ottawa in March, and while he recorded four catches in a 23-7 preseason win over Montreal on May 24, it seems he didn't do enough to warrant a spot in the final roster.
