Anthony Hankerson News: Strong stretch ends

Hankerson was limited to only 46 yards on 19 carries as he ended a string of four games of 101 or more yards on the ground as the Beavers fell to Tulsa, 31-14, on Saturday.

Hankerson was an afterthought as Oregon State was down from the start of the game including a 31-0 deficit. The Beavers do not play until Nov. 29 against Washington State. The Cougars defense is in the top 50 in the nation against the run. This will be the second game between the two schools. The senior running back had a great day against the Cougars in the first contest (10-7, Beavers win) with 132 rushing yards on 25 carries and a touchdown on Nov. 1.
