Haynes King News: Better during bowl

King completed 22 of 40 passes for 270 yards, two touchdowns and one interception during Saturday's 25-21 defeat against Brigham Young. He also had seven rushes for 31 yards.

After struggling during Georgia Tech's rivalry game with Georgia, King mostly bounced back against a relatively easier BYU team. In terms of passing, he completed 252 of 361 pass attempts for 2,967 yards and a 14-6 TD-INT ratio. The senior quarterback also logged 185 carries for 953 yards and 15 touchdowns. King recorded career-highs in passing yards and all quantitative stats for rushing.
