Jake Retzlaff News: Rushing force in title win

Retzlaff (undisclosed) completed 13 of 22 passes for 145 yards during Friday's 34-21 win over North Texas. He also had 15 rushes for 49 yards with two touchdowns.

Retzlaff was questionable heading into the big conference title, but he ended up playing and getting the win for Tulane. While the starting quarterback was quiet on the passing front in the huge win over the Mean Green, he shone specifically on the ground with nearly 50 yards and two touchdowns. He'll now focus on the Green Wave's upcoming playoff game on Dec. 20 after a successful season in his wake.
