Jeff Sims News: Ready to roll

Sims (undisclosed) is off the injury report for Saturday's game against Texas Tech.

Sims had a brief showing on the injury report but will be ready to roll and is expected to retain his role as the backup quarterback for Sam Leavitt (undisclosed). Should Leavitt surprisingly be unable to go, Sims would be in line to make his second straight start.
