Joins Coach Prime in Boulder
Mata announced Dec. 27 via his personal Twitter account that he has committed to Colorado, joining the program as a transfer from FCS Jackson State.

The 5-foot-9, 180-pound Mata is expected to battle Arizona State transfer Jace Feely for the top spot on the depth chart at kicker.
