Patterson will make the leap to DI after spending the last two seasons with DII West Liberty. The 5-foot-11 running back logged an impressive season with the Hilltoppers, closing with 1,219 yards and 17 touchdowns on 174 carries (7.0 YPA), adding on 33 receptions for 418 yards and three touchdowns through the air (10 games). Patterson will look to step his game up to a new level of competition next fall.
