The former four-star looked primed to inherit the job as Wisconsin’s next great running back. Instead, Berger lost the Bagers’ No. 1 running-back job and was dismissed from the program midway through his sophomore season. Therefore, it’s tough to tell just how much to make of Berger’s limited action over seven collegiate games.
