Stewart announced Sunday via his personal Twitter account that he has committed to Michigan, joining the program as a transfer from Coastal Carolina.

ANALYSIS
Stewart won't be eligible for Michigan's upcoming run in the College Football Playoff, but the 6-foot-2, 235-pound edge rusher will be able to begin competing with the Wolverines in 2023. He earned second-team all-Sun Belt Conference honors as a sophomore for Coastal Carolina in 2022, finishing with 36 tackles, 10 tackles for loss, three sacks and a forced fumble.
