Crum completed 14 of 29 passes for 169 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions during Saturday's 49-47 loss against North Texas. He also had eight rushes for 21 yards with two touchdowns.
ANALYSIS
Prior to San Diego State's bowl game, the last time SDSU used Crum was in 2022. Fast-forward three years, and with him still part of the Aztecs, they used him in place of an injured Jayden Denegal (shoulder). Crum's in-game rust showed as he logged more interceptions than passing touchdowns. Still, Crum scored thrice, a positive development that seemed far out of the question earlier in 2025.
