Carter announced via his Twitter on Friday that he is declaring for the 2021 NFL Draft.
ANALYSIS
Carter entered the 2020 season as a candidate for the Jim Thorpe Award which is an honor given out each year to the nation's top defensive back. This year he recorded 41 tackles and had career high's in both pass breakups (8) and interceptions (2) which will help his outlook for the upcoming draft.
