After not playing in the previous two games, Bowers notched receptions of 38 and six yards against the Spartans. The senior's usage has been unique, as he has played in just three games but has had strong performances in each appearance. It seems fair to reason that the Penn State coaching staff feels that Bowers's skillset plays better against certain opponents than others, so his week-to-week value as a fantasy asset is hard to predict.
