Leaves game but no major issue
Owens (undisclosed) was knocked out of Texas A&M's furious comeback win over South Carolina, but isn't dealing with a major injury according to head coach Mike Elko, Travis L. Brown of KBTX Sports reports.
ANALYSIS
Owens has eight carries for 28 yards against South Carolina, as well as a 24-yard catch. The tailback was knocked out of the game but Elko didn't seem overly concerned. "I think he came back in. If he didn't, it's not a massive thing," he told reporters in the post-game presser. That should elicit a sigh of relief from the Aggies. Still, until we know more about the tailback's injury, he'll be tentatively questionable for Week 12 against Samford.
