Gardner announced Tuesday he will forgo his remaining eligibility at Cincinnati to enter the 2022 NFL Draft, Pete Thamel of Yahoo Sports reports.

The 6-foot-2, 188-pound cornerback finished with 40 tackles, four pass breakups, three interceptions and three sacks across 14 games en route to being selected as a consensus All-American and earning AAC Defensive Player of the Year honors.
