2024 Rush/Rec Projections
2024 Fantasy Outlook
The 2023 Trojan backfield was essentially wiped out this offseason, with top rusher MarShawn Lloyd heading to the NFL, followed by second-leading rusher Austin Jones. Marks will join a new-look USC, and he has the chance to make some noise in his final season of collegiate football. The 5-foot-10 running back played his first four seasons with Mississippi State, where his numbers as a rusher were capped a bit due to the air-raid scheme. However, he does have 154 catches to his name through three seasons, so there are no concerns about him being a three-down option. The Trojans offense has plenty of passing game turnover, headlined by quarterback Caleb Williams' reign coming to an end in favor of Miller Moss, who impressed in his Holiday Bowl audition. Marks will get one final year with a clean slate and may be relied on heavily as USC searches for its identity with many key players missing. Read Past Outlooks
Logs 149 total yards Week 10
Marks compiled 22 carries for 123 yards and one touchdown and hauled in all seven targets for 26 yards during Saturday's 26-21 loss against Washington.
ANALYSIS
Marks helped the Trojans claw their way back into this game with season-highs in carries and receptions. The fifth-year senior scored a career-high three rushing touchdowns during last week's loss to Rutgers, and it appears he's become an even more critical piece of the offense over the last two games. Marks has now averaged 22.4 touches per game over the last seven conference games, and he's totaled at least 100 yards in five of them. Given his substantial workload, Marks should have a chance to eclipse 100 total yards again despite facing a tough Nebraska defense in two weeks.

2023 Fantasy Outlook
Entering his fourth season with the Bulldogs, Marks appears primed for a breakout of sorts under the direction of new offensive coordinator Kevin Barbay, whose running back room at Appalachian State last season accounted for 392 carries for 2,452 yards and 23 rushing touchdowns. While those total were shared among six different running backs, the Bulldogs don't quite share the same depth at the position, so expect Marks to taken on a healthy volume of carries in 2023.Marks posted a solid junior season in 2022, compiling 113 carries, 582 yards and 9 touchdowns while running at a 5.2 yards per rush and adding 48 catches for 288 yards. While his production in the receiving game figures to falter in the new offensive scheme, his increased touches on the round should more than make up the difference.
