ANALYSIS
Vijay finally draws curtains to his international cricket after announcing his retirement on Monday. Ever since he made his debut for India in 2008 he went on to play 61 Tests, 17 ODI, and nine T20Is, scoring 4,490 runs and picking two wickets across all formats. Moreover, his last appearance came way back in 2019 when India played Australia during the second Test in Perth, where he managed to score just 20 runs in both innings since then, he has not played for Men in Blue.
