Edward began the Group C winners' match on Inferno locking down the 7-0 lead thanks to his Round 7 quad kill hold on the B-bombsite. His efforts gave Na'Vi the chance to secure the 10-5 half, which he then continued to press on through the second half for a 16-7 series lead. However, his performance on Cobblestone was rather bleak as he could not find the frags with his 11/20 KD and 48.4 ADR to secure the sweep, resulting in a 16-11 loss. The tides turned through Overpass where he was able to come alive through the first half 6-0 deficit to settle the half for an 8-7 score. He continued through the second half to retain the lead and eventually edged out his opponents 16-14 for the series win.
