Nice start in bad loss
SamB had a nice opening despite The Imperial getting swept handily by Team 3G on the second day of MLG Atlanta. He posted a KD ratio of 46/55 KD in the match.
ANALYSIS
SamB's Round 1 Hardpoint performance, ending with a 23/20 KD, was the only positive KD ratio any member of The Imperial would post in the loss to Team 3G -- that goes to show how porous the display was. He had a lot of key kills in that round, but that did not translate to his teammates in any way -- he was the only real source of offense in the round. He limped to the finish line with a sub-par Round 2 Search & Destroy that only saw him earn four kills in the 6-2 defeat. The Imperial were left scoreless in Round 3 Uplink, and SamB was no exception to the struggles that round. He had a nice first round to build on, but the silver-linings stop there for SamB and Team Imperial in this match.
