Fails to defend flanks
Slacked fell apart Wednesday, finishing the 3-0 series loss to Paris Legion with a mundane 50/54 KD on Day 1 of the CWL 2020 Championships.
ANALYSIS
Slacked, playing defense for his team, simply couldn't weather the Paris Legion's flanks. In Round 1 Hardpoint, he scored a 25/28 KD as he struggled to spot out his opponents attempting to disrupt his team's spawns. Slacked would step in Round 2 Search & Destroy, scouting for his teammate Octane and posting a strong 8/7 KD. In Round 3 Domination, Slacked was wise to the Paris Legion's disruption attempts and took off-angles to defend against them. However, his 17/19 KD wasn't enough to hold off their assault. It'll be interesting to see how the Surge choose to build their team next year as Slacked could be on the outside looking in ahead of Cold War.
