Drone had a dismal start to the best-of-two series against SK Gaming with a thrashing in Game 1 of Train, posting a 3/16 KD and 26.6 ADR in the 16-0 loss. Still feeling the effects of Game 1, Drone didn't have the great start and progression through the early game, but he contributed to a hand full of frags to close out the half an 11-4 deficit. However, Drone found his groove in the second half for the defensive comeback and hold off the Brazilian offense on the A-bombsite to even the score at 13. From there, SK gained map point but Drone rallied back on the defense to hold out to force overtime. In the extra rounds, Drone remained composed to take Game 2 19-16 to earn the split with SK, posting a 23/22 KD and 71.0 ADR.
