Cloud 9 has had a difficult second half of the split, with cracks beginning to show in the perennial NA power shortly before playoffs. The choice to use both Bunny FuFuu and Andy "Smoothie" Ta in a revolving starter role has been met with some criticism and questions as to its effectiveness, with both supports finding relatively similar levels of success. With the team's 8-5 record putting them in a tie for 3rd place with Liquid, not all has been well in the C9 house. Regardless of what's going on internally, Cloud 9's in-game form was suffering, perhaps prompting the move. With Bunny FuFuu stepping down so close to the end of the season, it's unlikely that any team will try to make any moves for him, but Bunny's mechanical skill and experience on playoff teams will certainly be appealing to NACS or other NALCS teams looking for an immediate mechanical force from the bottom lane.
