McLaren have announced that they have reached an agreement with Mercedes which will see them add Mick Schumacher to their pool of reserve drivers for the 2023 season, Formula1.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Schumacher had just joined Mercedes last December as a reserve driver for the 2023 campaign. It appears McLaren have worked out a deal with Mercedes to add Schumacher to their driver pool for the upcoming season. This means that he could provide relief driver duty if either Lando Norris or rookie Oscar Piastri are unable to compete in a race weekend.
