Ben Nikkel News: Healthy again

Nikkel signed with the Commanders' practice squad Tuesday, Zach Selby of the team's official site reports.

The safety was waived from injured reserve by the Commanders in August after reaching an injury settlement with the team. Nikkel recorded 43 tackles and three pass breakups during his two collegiate seasons at Iowa State.
